The Opportunity
In this exciting role, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and supporting production systems and automation services that enable and advance ReturnToWorkSA’s business improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role by leveraging your development expertise in Salesforce Platform and support during our transformative journey aimed at enhancing service delivery and elevating the experience for our stakeholders and customers.

The Position
The primary objective of a Salesforce Developer (internally known as Analyst Programmer) is to analyse user requirements, design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs efficiently and effectively. This includes integration, problem solving, documentation and collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deploy application solutions and services.
  • Identify and assist in resolving application issues.
  • Maintain existing application solutions and services throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct testing of coding and configuration solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed.

This will be a full-time fixed term contract for two years.

About You
You are a skilled CRM Developer with a demonstrated track record in delivering robust applications backed by at least two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce using Apex, Omni Studio, and Lightning Web Components. Your proficiency extends to software solutions, unit testing, and deployment practices. You excel in providing top-tier support, leveraging strong problem-solving abilities and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • A process-based approach to IT Service delivery e.g. ITIL, SDLC
  • Proven programming experience including using Apex, Omni Studio, Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, middleware and event driven architecture such as MuleSoft is desirable
  • Skills with automated testing similar to Selenium is desirable
  • Integration with cloud microservices experience

Qualifications / Conditions

  • Hold a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • On occasion there may be a requirement to work on-call and outside of ordinary hours
